A large rectangle is visible on the 2014 images of this Bahamas area. Unfortunately, the historical imagery available in Google Earth is not very helpful in this case. It does look to be man-made yet I’m unsure exactly what it could be if it is modern. However, I believe it probably is modern and the only reasonable explanation I can think of is a sunken barge. Usually, sunken ship sites have already been identified and marked by someone else who leaves a placemark in the GE gallery. The GE gallery placemarks will show up in the program and this site has no comments attached.

At first, I thought it could be a shipping container but the dimensions of a shipping container are from 20-40 feet in length. This measures over 200 feet in length by approximately 66 feet in width. There appears to be smaller circles inside or on top of the rectangle measuring approximately 10 feet in diameter. The shadow on the bottom side suggests it could be fairly tall as the shadow measures approximately 6 to 7 feet in width.
Of course I would like to say this is something ancient but as usual, that is hard to determine from the bird’s eye view with limited dimensionality and perspective.
